Onfalós at the 2014 Edition of Le Stelle della Ristorazione
The 2014 edition of "Le Stelle della Ristorazione" the annual congress organized by APCI (the Professional Association of Italian Chefs), has just concluded. The wonderful setting for the Symposium was the Hotel Regina Palace in Stresa, which, on March 24th and 25th, hosted a selection of leading companies in the Ho.Re.Ca. market, showcasing their most representative products in its beautiful halls.
Notable appreciation was given to the performance of Onfalós, the mobile evolution of the fry-top. Thanks to its technological advancements and design ideal for open kitchen concepts, Onfalós has become an essential tool for modern restaurants seeking to provide added value to their clientele.
New technologies and marketing were also key topics in a rich program of seminars and training sessions, which were followed with great interest by numerous chefs from all over Italy.
This edition marked a turning point for the new educational and training approach - as highlighted by General Director Sonia Re - and successfully addressed the need for discussions on current issues that characterize the enterprising and proactive members of the Association.
